I am a certified psychologist and psychotherapist with over 10 years of consulting experience. I work with self-esteem, relationships, anxiety disorders, inner crises, and states where a person loses their sense of grounding or meaning. I practice individual, group, and family therapy.

I also facilitate psychological transformational and financial games (LILA, CashFlow) — as a tool for deep inner work. I will help you build inner ground — the ability to rely on yourself in life, in relationships, and during periods of external instability.

Work Together

Choose the format that works best for you. The first session is an introduction and clarification of your needs. Available online and in person.

Individual Therapy

Deep work with your personal history, inner states, and psychological processes. Suited for concerns related to self-esteem, life crises, relationships, anxiety, and loss of inner grounding.

Work with a couple or family as a relational system. Helps to see patterns of interaction, sources of conflict, and loss of connection. Suited for those who want to improve communication and break recurring cycles.

Therapeutic support sessions in groups of 6–8 people, based on group dynamics. Suited for working with boundaries, self-worth, relationships, and recurring life patterns.

Exploration & Assessment

A deeper look at your situation. We examine inner processes, recurring patterns, reactions, and the context in which they formed.

Active Work

The core phase of therapy. This is where intensive work happens — with inner processes, habitual reactions, and ways of relating to yourself and to life. Real changes begin to take shape and new inner foundations form.

Integration & Completion

Consolidating results and establishing a new inner and life direction. You develop a resilience that allows you to move forward independently.
